If your child was in public or private school and struggled, he may have had a special plan that detailed modifications.

Those modifications often include things like extra time, books available in audio format, and adjustments to some assignments. In the home-school learning environment, these kinds of modifications are much easier to make. This area will be dedicated to suggestions for students that struggle. As you begin the new school year keep some simple notes about what is going well and areas of struggle. You will want to refer to this list, as you consider what, and how, to make some adjustments.
